Two more Seaside residents who were responsible for children have been arrested on drug charges.
Ruben Chavez Gonzales, 40, and Heather Marie Gonzales, 42, were arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office at their 429 Holladay Drive home on Friday. After obtaining a search warrant, deputies found methamphetamine, digital scales and packaging material. They were both charged with delivery of methamphetamine and first-degree child neglect.
Their three children, who were not at the residence at the time, were placed in protective custody.
Two other Seaside residents, Austin Randall Perry-Wenner and Michelle Renee Brelin, were arrested on heroin trafficking charges last week. Three children were also at the residence at the time of the arrest, along with two dogs and 11 puppies.
