Clatsop Community College was ranked second out of 27 nursing programs in Oregon by RegisteredNursing.org, an online resource for registered nurses.

The college’s nursing program, offering an associate degree, scored nearly 96 out of 100 on the website’s ranking system, behind only Clackamas Community College.

The rankings looked at the passage rate of students on the nursing licensure exam over the past five years. The rankings also mentioned the college’s small class sizes, rigorous academics and seasoned faculty in its high ranking.
