Jerry Ostermiller, a nationally recognized educator and former director of the Columbia River Maritime Museum, will be the keynote speaker at Clatsop Community College’s graduation June 15.

Ostermiller, who led the museum from 1989 to 2009, is a lecturer for Lindblad Expeditions, Cruise West and the Cunard Line’s flagship Queen Mary 2. He has been featured in documentaries for the History Channel, Discovery Channel, National Geographic Society and the Learning Channel.

The college will award certificates and degrees to over 130 students this year, including 113 two-year degrees and 25 one-year certificates.
