Six people were arrested in Seaside early Tuesday, April 18, on drug trafficking charges.

Authorities found methamphetamine, heroin, prescription pills, digital scales, packaging materials and a handgun at a residence in the 222 Third Ave. apartment complex.

Howard Lefstein, 41; Clarissa Moore, 28; Sean Navarre, 42; Holly Sanders, 30; Alisha Lowenberg, 29; and Travis Carow, 39, were all arrested. Daniel Greenfield, 28; Courtney Betzer, 28; and Andrew Paulson, 36, were cited and released for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

The Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office had been leading the drug trafficking investigation and made the arrests with help from the Seaside Police Department. Additional charges may follow as the investigation continues.
