Seaside Aquarium will celebrate its 80th Anniversary on May 25, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. To celebrate the event, Admission will be rolled back to the original 1937 prices: as well as the currency and cash only for the day. Adults, 15 cents; children, 10 cents; and seal food, $2 per tray. The Seaside Aquarium is the oldest privately-owned aquarium on the West Coast. For 80 years, daily operations have relied completely on aquarium admissions and gift shop sales.
