CANNON BEACH — Windermere Stellar recently recognized its real estate brokers representing the company’s top 10 percent of 2015 production for hard work and commitment to their clients. They handled a combined total of 1,656 sales, helping clients in the Portland-metro, Vancouver-metro and the north Oregon coast areas achieve their real estate goals.

The top 2015 Windermere Stellar brokers from the Cannon Beach office* are:
• Kate Merrell is a self-professed “real estate junkie.” Before turning 40, she built two new homes and completed major remodels on three. As a real estate broker for the past seven years, she helps buyers and sellers in Cannon Beach, Arch Cape, Manzanita and surrounding areas.

Pam Ackley — With a background in mortgage and consumer lending, Pam became a licensed real estate broker in 1992 and has been serving the North Oregon Coast for the past 14 years. Her personal knowledge of Clatsop County provides her clients with unique insight into the recreational activities, schools and animal-friendly places the area has to offer.

• Barbara Maltman — Being an Oregon Coast native (born and raised in Seaside, Ore.) offers Barbara valuable insight into coastal properties. She has nearly 20 years of experience and specializes in new construction, ocean front/view homes and the second home market.
