The Rural Organizing Project presents a training, “Immigration 101,” at 1 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Columbian Theater, 1102 Marine Drive. This event is free and open to the public.

“Immigration 101” is meant for anyone interested in learning why there are so many undocumented people, how the Trump administration’s policies affect immigrants, and how area residents can form relationships with their immigrant neighbors.
