Free 11-week college program for adults begins Monday

Lives In Transition at Clatsop Community College is a free 11-week program that supports adult learners attending college. On the Astoria campus, evening classes start Monday, and meet from 5:30 to 7:20 p.m. each Monday and Wednesday on the second floor of Alder Hall, 1651 Lexington Ave. Daytime classes start Tuesday, and meet from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each Tuesday.

Seaside classes start Monday , and meet from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each Monday and Wednesday at the college’s South County Campus, 1455 N. Roosevelt Drive.

Afternoon Spanish-language classes begin Tuesday, and meet from noon to 2:20 p.m. each Tuesday. Morning Spanish-language classes begin Wednesday, and meet from 9 to 11:20 a.m. each Wednesday.
