Chief Petty Officer Association donates $1,000 to Kiwanis to support holiday party for foster children

The Chief Petty Officer Association, Lower Columbia River Chapter, donated $1,000 to the local Kiwanis Club to help support their annual holiday party. A full turkey dinner is served to foster children, their foster parents and natural parents, and Santa is on hand to give each child a gift worth $25.
