Free spay/neuter for feral or stray cats offered Tuesday

PORTLAND — The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (FCCO) is offering spay/neuter services for feral and stray cats in honor of World Spay Day Tuesday. Individuals feeding feral or stray cats qualify for these free services, regardless of income or where they live. Surgeries are performed by licensed veterinarians at the FCCO spay/neuter clinic in Southwest Portland and are supported through donations from the community.
