Joseph Lee Cozart, 34, Seaside, was sentenced to 21 months in prison during a hearing Monday in Clatsop County Circuit Court. On Jan. 16., Cozart pleaded guilty to first-degree burglary, felon in possession of a firearm and first-degree theft.
