NASELLE, Wash. — It was a 122-point turnaround from one week to the next for the Naselle Comets.

One week after a season-opening, 76-14 loss to Odessa, the Comets returned to a more familiar opponent Friday, and crushed Rainier Christian for the second year in a row, 72-12.

Quarterback Cole Dorman was 9-for-15 passing, for 210 yards and four touchdowns for Naselle, which pounded Rainier Christian 50-8 last season.

Naselle plays Friday at Tacoma Baptist.
