The Marine Stewardship Council Certificate Sharing Program for pole and troll albacore fishermen will be presented by the American Albacore Fishing Association from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 21 at the Oregon Science Center in Newport, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 22 at the Seattle Fishermen's Terminal.
