An 81-year-old Astoria man is being investigated for driving under the influence of intoxicants, after police dashcam video shows the driver striking a parked car last week at the East End Mooring Basin.

Two people were injured in a one-vehicle crash at approximately 1:56 a.m. Saturday morning along Washington State Route 103, two miles north of Long Beach, Wash. Authorities say alcohol and speed were the causes of the crash.
