The man convicted of a 1991 double murder in Seaside will remain in prison for the foreseeable future.

Oregon’s Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision ruled Tuesday that Andrew Scott Metz was not likely to be rehabilitated. The ruling, months in the making, will prevent Metz from seeking early parole.
