Address community concerns at forum

Join Seaside Police Chief Dave Ham in an open discussion intended to address concerns within our community. All community members are invited to participate in the conversation. Partnering with the Seaside Downtown Development Association, the forum will discuss panhandling and the concerns this activity brings to the community and its business owners. The forum takes place Wednesday, April 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway.
