Prepare to be electrified Saturday, Oct. 1 as the Voodoo Room presents the Buffalo Riders with special guest "Cornfed" Hogan, playing all-original music with a mix of rock, jazz and world beat.

On lead vocals and rhythm guitar is founding member Ramon Arreguin. His style is intense, with up-tempos, off beat rhythms and fiery guitar solos. Arreguin's wife, Jaki Scovill, rocks steady with her unique approach and characteristic style on bass. Recently, the Buffalo Riders added a new drummer, Craig Abrahamson. He is a former Astoria resident who is currently a Portland area musician.

The music starts at 9 p.m. Cover charge is $3 at the door.
