Laban Movement Analysis (LMA) is a comprehensive study of movement and its meaning. LMA provides a framework to observe, describe, record and understand human movement and what it expresses. LMA-based movement workshops are appropriate for individuals in any field that uses the practice, observation or assessment of movement, skills development, re-education or therapy.
