CANNON BEACH - The Coaster Theatre Playhouse opens its Summer Repertory Season with the comedy, "Moon over Buffalo," by Ken Ludwig.

The story is about a theatrical couple in the autumn of their years, played by Paul Dueber and Colleen Toomey. An offer of a movie role comes their way from director Frank Capra, who will be seeing the matinee. The adventure begins with mistaken identity, takes jibes at the theater profession and includes a fellow dressed up as Gen. Patton. The cast includes Jason Hussa, Kerris Cockrell, Tylor Neist, Jennifer Gibson, Valerie Ryan, Winston Laszlo, Nick Lunzman and is directed by Merril Lynn Taylor.

For show dates and times, visit the Web site or call (503) 436-1242. Tickets are $14-$16. Summer Rep tickets for "Moon over Buffalo," "Honk!" and "Deathtrap" are $40 for the three plays.
