CANNON BEACH — Presented by the Ecola Creek Awareness Project as a part of the Twelve Days of Earth Day, Wendi Agalzoff, Clatsop Soil and Water Conservation District technician, will speak at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Cannon Beach Community Hall, 207 N. Spruce St., about the district services available to Clatsop County farmers and gardeners.

Agalzoff has implemented projects such as riparian vegetation planting, livestock exclusion fencing, targeted noxious weed control, dry manure storage facilities and many water quality improvement projects.
