The Rev. Doyle Jones, international evangelist, author and lecturer will conduct services at 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Knappa Assembly of God, 41767 Old Highway 30. The public is welcome.

In addition to ministering to U.S. churches in more 40 states, Jones served as a missionary and evangelist to Latin America for 23 years and conducted church planting crusades in Spanish-speaking countries annually.

He also served as a missions director for 14 years, not only teaching students in the classroom, but mentoring them in foreign countries. Jones has witnessed first-hand the violent revolutionary upheaval in Central and South America, and was almost executed by Marxist rebels.

Jones and his wife, Cherie, have two sons, Donovan and Nathan. Both sons are in church ministry.
