SEASIDE - Winter doesn't impede Sou'Wester Garden Club members. Several club members have moved inside to create a quilt with the theme of the Lewis and Clark Discovery Project. The quilt will be raffled at the Garden Club's Annual Flower Show Aug. 20 to 21.

The quilt will be on display at Montero Sisters, where raffle tickets will go on sale starting at 10 a.m. Feb. 11 through 21. Montero Sisters' Shop Hop is located at 130 S. Holladay Drive. The raffle will benefit horticulture scholarships, which are awarded annually by the club.

The club meets at 10 a.m. the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Bob Chisholm Community Center, 1225 Avenue A. For more information on the club, call Marilyn Taplin at 738-3086.
