Learn about the crustacean we all crave - Dungeness crab - at "Crazy About Crabs," a multimedia demonstration from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 4 at the Seafood Consumer Center, 2021 Marine Drive.

Nick Furman of the Oregon Dungeness Crab Commission will share fascinating facts about the West Coast crabbing industry. A professional crab shaker will show how the pros get crabmeat out of the shell. Chef Eric Jenkins will demonstrate the preparation of three crab dishes, with tastings to follow.
