The We-B-Fit 4-H Club is open for enrollment for the new 4-H year beginning Oct. 1 for those in grades seven through 12. Parents and other family members are welcome to participate with members.

The club’s focus is on individual fitness, health and nutrition, and is designed for people who want to improve their overall health and fitness and improve their knowledge about fitness and nutrition. Members will have private one-on-one fitness coaching and nutrition planning, and will receive personalized fitness and food plans.

Those wishing to join will need to purchase a personal calorie management device or pedometer and a three-ring notebook.

For information, call the Oregon State University Extension office at 503-325-8573 or Melissa Padgett at 503-325-9011 in the evenings, or email with contact information and questions.
