NAHCOTTA, Wash. - The duo of Kelley Shannon, singer, and John Stowell, guitarist, returns to the Moby Dick Restaurant and Hotel for an evening of intimate jazz at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29.

Shannon and Stowell have been performing together for the past six years in the Northwest, California, at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C., and at concerts in France and Italy. They have recorded several CDs together and have been featured on BET's Jazz Showcase. Shannon has relocated to Los Angeles where she is freelancing and working at West L.A. Music. Stowell has traveled Internationally for the past 25 years performing and teaching in the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia and South America and has an extensive discography.

For their concert at the Moby Dick, Shannon and Stowell will feature jazz standards, bossa novas and originals from their recently released "Summer Nights" on the Jardis label from Germany.
