PACIFIC COUNTY, Wash. - Now's the time to get your poster ready for entry into the 2004 Washington State International Kite Festival poster competition.

Entries must be delivered to The Bank of the Pacific, at the corner of Pacific Way and Sid Snyder Boulevard in Long Beach, Wash., between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28 during regular banking hours. Entrants must reside in Washington State and artwork should be no larger than 32 inches wide by 17 inches high for horizontal entries or 17 inches wide by 32 inches high for vertical entries, and no smaller than 11 inches by 14 inches. The artist's full name, including address and phone number, must be attached to the back of the artwork. Judging will take place March 1.

Four hundred posters will be printed to be signed and numbered by the artist, who will receive a royalty check of $2,000.Previous winners are excluded from entering the competition for a period of four years.
