SOUTH BEND, Wash. - From 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, model makers are invited to bring their ships, trains, airplanes and vehicles for an afternoon of fellowship and inspiration. The public is invited to attend.

Featured models this year include Steve Hubbard's model of the steam schooner Willapa and railroad models from the collection of museum director Bruce Weilepp.

The Pacific County Historical Society is an educational not-for-profit organization, incorporated in 1966, devoted to preserving local history. The society's programs include The Sou'wester, a quarterly magazine of local history, a museum and archive in South Bend and public programs throughout the county.
