Astoria High School senior Tarah Wesely has been inspired by dance since second grade. She has been a member of the Pizazz dance team since her freshman year. For her senior project, she is coordinating the annual Pizazz dance clinic fund-raiser. The clinic will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the AHS gym. Participants will be divided into age groups from 4 to 15 years old. All will learn stretching techniques, drill commands and a fun, energetic dance routine to perform with the Pizazz dancers at during halftime of the AHS boys varsity basketball game Jan. 21.

Cost of the clinic is $20 and includes a Pizazz T-shirt. Register at the high school gym at 9:45 a.m. Saturday.
