SEASIDE — Seaside Kids Inc. has announced the beginning of its annual membership drive, the major funding source for their programs.

Seaside Kids sponsors youth programs for all interested students in kindergarten through high school in the South Clatsop County area.

Nearly 600 youth participate in baseball, softball, free swim days, and third- to sixth-grade football and volleyball clinics. All play for free in these programs, and all coaches and directors are unpaid volunteers.

Residents will receive the membership information in the mail within the next few days. The green lettering on the Seaside Kids Inc. envelope will be addressed to “Our Friends” and includes information about the program, and how to make a donation.

Seaside Kids Inc. is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization and all contributions are tax deductible. For information, call John Morris, president, at 503-738-8621.
