SEAVIEW, Wash. - At 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, the Sou'wester Lodge presents a T'ink Tank program featuring author and historian Llyn De Danaan, Ph.D., leading a presentation and discussion on her latest nonfiction work, "Katie Gale's Tombstone."
The book focuses on the life of Gale, a late 19th century Indian oyster grower in the southern Puget Sound. De Danaan will discuss her work as an anthropologist and historian, tracing Gale's history and reconstructing elements of her life.
Everyone is welcome to this casual get-together. Complimentary refreshments are provided. Admission is free. A donation of food for the needy is appreciated, but not obligatory.
