On a week normally filled with cotton candy, carnival rides and festivities, young people arrived on Saturday to a quiet Clatsop County Fair and Expo with their pigs, chickens, turkeys, sheep, goats and steer for a live auction.

The county fair was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but organizers of the Junior Market Auction found a way to still host the event while following virus precautions.
