The American Association of University Women will present a program featuring local writers at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Flag Room at the Astoria Public Library, 450 10th St. The public is welcome.

Liisa Penner, editor of Clatsop County Historical Society's quarterly, Cumtux, and reporter Sandra Swain, of The Daily Astorian, will share how they arrived at their current vocations and highlights of their work.
