The Oregon Agricultural Education Foundation offers a scholarship to anyone pursuing education at a junior college or a four-year college or university, with plans to study in an agricultural-related major.

The scholarship is available to new and continuing full-time students (12 or more hours per quarter or the semester equivalent). It is possible to reapply for the scholarship annually.

Scholarship awards may vary, depending on available funds, but are usually $750 to $1300, with eight to 10 awarded each year.

The application deadline is April 1.

The goal of the OAEF Memorial Scholarship Project is to support students that would have a positive impact on production agriculture and other agricultural-related fields. For more information about OAEF, visit ( or call Betty Brose, director of development, at (541)758-1332.
