Unemployment in Clatsop, Tillamook and Columbia counties decreased in February, but remains higher than the national rate of 6.0 percent, according to the Oregon Employment Department.

Of the three counties, Clatsop and Tillamook were below the state rate of 8.4 percent; Columbia was above the state rate.
