At least two people from Clatsop County were at the Boston Marathon when the bombings occurred today.

Jared and Emily Delay, Clatsop County's 4-H leaders and beef superintendents, are currently on lockdown in a hotel across from the scene, according to the 4-H Facebook page. They were 50 yards away from the finish line when the first bomb exploded, a text from Jared Delay shared on the site read.

The site also shared four photos taken by Emily Delay of the scene, who finished the marathon at 3:23:23.

Two bombs exploded moments apart at the finish line at approximately 2:45 p.m. today.

So far, two people including an 8-year-old boy have been reported dead; 132 have been reported as injured.
