SEASIDE - North Coast high-schoolers interested in business are welcome to attend the ninth annual Business Leaders of Tomorrow Regional Skills Conference.

The conference, sponsored by the North Coast Educational Consortium, will give students the opportunity to show off their skills in competitions in accounting, graphic design, public speaking and promotions and advertising, and to participate in leadership and entrepreneurship workshops, personal marketing and effective management classes and a "Dress for Success" presentation hosted by retailer Nordstrom.

Motivational speaker Patrick George of Jostens Speakers Bureau will give a keynote speech, using true situations to teach students that they can make a difference and succeed.

An extension of regional high school business education programs, the Business Leaders of Tomorrow skills conference aims to build student self-esteem through achievements in coursework.

The event will be March 14 at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center.
