The Cannon Beach Cafe reopened for the season on May 1 and will open for dinner on June 1.
The restaurant is in the Cannon Beach Hotel, 1116 S. Hemlock St.
The Parisian-style cafe/restaurant offers salads, sandwiches and soups; two styles of veggie burgers; handcrafted meats; cheeses from France; specialty coffees and teas; locally bought breads and freshly baked pastries.
Everything is made from scratch and simply prepared, said Chef Bryan Tiller.
Soon, Tiller, a sushi specialist, will present a rotating menu of fresh seafood caught in Oregon waters, including albacore, cod and Dungeness crab.
French and Oregon wines also will be sold at the cafe, as well as a selection of high-end Belgian-esque beers, Tiller said.
