TIFFANY BOOTHE of the SEASIDE AQUARIUM sent in some interesting photos for the history buffs among us. "The Seaside Aquarium was built in the 1920s and was first open as a warm salt water swimming pool, also known as a natatorium. The photograph above was taken sometime in 1924."

"Seaside Baths and Natatorium was only open for a few years until the Depression hit, and it was forced to close. In the 1930s, the building was sold and the new owners built the Seaside Aquarium right over the swimming pool. Some of the old pool still exists." The photograph above was taken around 1937, when the aquarium first opened.
