Dr. David Leibel, Columbia Memorial Hospital Urology Clinic physician, hosted DocTalk Feb. 3. The subject was "Men's Health Solutions," covering erectile dysfunction and bladder control issues. The attendees enjoyed a presentation by Dr. Galen Bird and his wife.

Bird is a patient advocate who candidly shared his experience of surviving prostate cancer and how he dealt with, and resolved, his issues of ED and incontinence, common in patients because of prostate surgery, diabetes and/or heart disease. The discussions centered on treatment options for these conditions.

Each month CMH will be offering DocTalks. On March 12, Dr. Robert Wayne will be speaking on colorectal health at the Columbia River Maritime Museum from 6 to 8 p.m. In April, Dr. Garrett Marshall will be speaking on diet, health, exercise and their importance to overall health and well-being.
