Dr. Sangkun “Sonny” Park suspension from Columbia Memorial Hospital has been lifted.

This is according to hospital board member Bill Lind, who confirmed the news Thursday night.

The hospital administration declined to confirm or deny that Park’s privileges at the hospital had been reinstated earlier this week.

Park was suspended Sept. 13, announced in a memo to staff obtained by The Daily Astorian. No details were given for the reason.
