OLYMPIA, Wash. - Applications are on sale now for a second opportunity to win lifetime fishing and hunting privileges from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Two names will be drawn Thursday from among those who have purchased drawing applications since Jan. 1. The first two winners were randomly selected in June.

Throughout the 2004-05 licensing period, a total of eight winners will be selected in a total of four drawings, said Frank Hawley, WDFW licensing manager. Additional drawings are scheduled for Dec. 30 and March 31, 2005.

Applications, which can be purchased in unlimited numbers, cost $6.50 each for state residents and $12.50 for nonresidents.
