WARRENTON - A talk on Lewis and Clark, plus a display of artifacts, will highlight ENCORE's annual meeting 2 p.m. Saturday at the Warrenton Community Center.

A short business meeting and election of officers will take place. The meeting is open to the public and guests are welcome.

Maj. Alicia Hamel, of the Army National Guard at Riles Armed Forces Training Center, will present the Lewis and Clark program. Refreshments will be served.

ENCORE (Exploring New Concepts of Retirement Education) is an association of retirement-age people who share a love of learning and the desire to meet new friends. Sponsored by Clatsop Community College, ENCORE is open to adults 50 and over. Members come from Oregon's North Coast and the south Washington coast.

Dues of $50 are paid annually and entitle members to enroll in any or all of the group's course offerings during the year.
