JOHN DAY - The Burns Hilanders scored eight runs in their final two at-bats Friday, for a 16-8 win over Astoria in a second-round game of the Les Schwab Baseball Classic in John Day.

The Fishermen returned home before Saturday's game vs. Grant Union, to avoid poor road conditions.
