SEASIDE - The U.S. Highway 101 Flood Study Consortium has scheduled a public meeting from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Bob Chisholm Community Center, 1225 Avenue A in Seaside, to collect data and concerns regarding the flooding issue along the Highway 101 corridor south of Seaside.

Property owners and interested parties along the route from the Cannon Beach Junction to south of Seaside who are affected by the flooding are invited to attend to provide first-hand information to the hydraulic consultants team as they begin to collect data needed for the study. The consultants will provide an overview of the process to develop a hydrologic model for the Necanicum watershed and what solutions can be expected once the modeling project is complete.
