The American Association of University Women and the North Coast Women's Political Caucus will host a public forum on the Oregon ballot measures 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Flag Room of the Astoria Public Library.

Proponents and opponents will be on hand to highlight the issues and answer questions and there will be a table of information.

Issues on the ballot Nov. 2 include expanding the state medical marijuana law, limiting medical malpractice lawsuits, restricting logging in the Tillamook and Clatsop state forests, banning gay marriage and abolishing SAIF Corp., the state-owned workers' compensation insurer.
