Astoria High School is looking for community members to serve on a panel for senior project presentations. Each year, 12th-grade students are required to complete a project which entails at least 20 hours of community service, a research paper and a self-evaluation. The capstone to the senior project is a presentation to local community members.

Senior Project Presentations are scheduled from 3 to 5:30 p.m. May 7 and 9 at AHS. Contact Jenni Newton, senior project coordinator at jnewton@astoria.k12.or.us or leave a message at 503-325-3911 prior to May 5 if you are interested in taking part on a panel.

Staff at both Astoria School District and AHS sincerely appreciate your time and are confident you will enjoy this unique opportunity to participate in a graduating senior’s final presentation.
