A “Jazz and Dessert” fundraiser to send the Seaside High School choir to Disneyland to perform and attend a workshop is planned at 7 p.m. May 14, at Seaside High School.

The evening will be filled with music, desserts and refreshments. Singing songs from the 1930s through the 1960s, Seaside high school choir students will perform as soloists and small groups with a local jazz combo.

Cover charge is $7 for adults, $4 for children and students. The doors will open at 6:45 p.m. A raffle will be held at the end of the event.

In addition to “Jazz and Dessert” other fundraisers are planned.

For more information, contact choir director Vanessa Unger at vunger@seaside.k12.or.us or call her at the school, 503-738-5586.
