SEASIDE — Klahowya Cafe has moved to 748 First Ave. in Seaside, the old Phannie Phatt’s location, and have acquired some of Phannie Phatt’s recipes. The business, owned by Terry Tolbert, who is also the chef, and Laura Osburne, opened March 19, and was previously located at 280 S. Roosevelt Drive in Seaside.

The cafe features inside and outside dining, WiFi, satellite TV, carry out and on and off site catering. The hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday; it is closed Mondays.
