WARRENTON - Fort Stevens State Park offers a free program on wild mushrooms of Oregon this weekend.
The program will cover the regulations, uses and identification of wild mushrooms, and will include a short hike around the park to look for and identify mushrooms.
The program will be held Saturday and Sunday beginning at 2 p.m. at the amphitheater in the north campground section of the park near Site 71. For more information contact park ranger Dane Osis at 861-3170 ext. 41 or e-mail: (dane.osis@state.or.us)
