The Cannon Beach American Legion Auxiliary will hold its annual craft fair and bake sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 20 and 21, at the Cannon Beach Elementary School gymnasium.

The event will feature more than 25 artisans, including basket weavers, wood workers, jewelry makers, quilters, bonsai growers, Ukrainian egg decorators, toy makers and more. Pies will be offered, whole or by the slice, plus cookies, bars, cakes, candies and breads. A raffle featuring donations from local merchants will be held during the event, with prizes to include restaurant meals, motel stays and more.

The fair is the auxiliary’s annual fundraiser for the four veterans hospitals in Oregon. Usually held in October, this year it will be in July because of the closure of Cannon Beach Elementary School. The public is welcome, and no admission will be charged.
